The northern section of Webbs Ridge Trail between Doctors Flat Road and Dingi Dingi Ridge Trail in Brindabella National Park is closed from Monday 4 November to Friday 31 January 2025 while it is being upgraded.
Access to Lowells Flat and McIntyres Campgrounds:
From the north: via Doctors Flat Road, Baldy Range Trail, Dingi Dingi Ridge Trail, Webbs Ridge Trail (south), Waterfall Trail. NOTE: Dingi Dingi Ridge Trail may have temporary closures during this period when road workers operate on the Dingi-Waterfall section of Webbs Ridge Trail. Powerline Trail south of Baldy Range Trail remains open.
From the south: via Gentle Annie Trail, Webbs Ridge Trail, Waterfall Trail.

A section of the Flea Creek picnic area is temporarily closed for rehabilitation. The area remains open, however please exercise caution around the closed off area and walking on uneven terrain.

Other planned events: Notification of Ongoing 1080 Baiting - Wild Dogs/Foxes
NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) will be conducting a baiting program using meat baits and canid pest ejectors containing 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) poison for the control of wild dogs and foxes. The program will be ongoing from September 3rd, 2024 until March 3rd, 2025 in the following areas:
- Brindabella National Park
- Bimberi Nature Reserve
All baiting locations will be identifiable by signs.
Domestic pets are not permitted in NSW national parks and reserves. Pets and working dogs may be affected (1080 is lethal to cats and dogs). Pets and working dogs must be restrained or muzzled in the vicinity and must not enter the baiting location. In the event of accidental poisoning seek immediate veterinary assistance.

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) will be conducting an ongoing pest control program using Meat Baits and Canid Pest Ejectors containing 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) poison for the control of wild dogs and foxes in Black Andrew Nature Reserve.
The program will be on going between the 11th of September 2024 and the 11th of March 2025.
All baiting locations will be identifiable by signs.
