This site is produced by Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW). It has been designed to be as accessible to as many users as possible, including:

- Those with slower internet connections or older computers

Text size
You can change the text size of this site from within your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, from the "view" menu select "text size" and choose the most suitable size for you.
If you are using Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Opera you can increase the text size by pressing "ctrl" and "+" (Windows) or "cmd" and "+" (Macintosh) and decrease your text size by pressing "ctrl" and "-“ (Windows) or "cmd" and "-" (Macintosh).
Content and information pages
The content of the website conforms to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 except for the following areas:
- PDF files. Although progress has been made in making information within PDF files more accessible, alternative text versions are mostly not provided. All documents can be converted into alternative formats upon request.
- Audio and video files. Text transcripts and captioning are currently not available for all videos, though a significant number have been transcribed. If you would like any information provided in an alternative format please contact us.
Downloadable files
Some content on this website, including forms, cannot be downloaded in HTML, but is available as either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF.
The format of the file is generally included at the end of the hyperlinked file name. Users need to have the right software to download these files.
