Closed areas: All trails closed: The Kembla mountain bike trails are closed due to predicted heavy rainfall
The Kembla mountain bike trails are temporarily closed until further notice due to forecast heavy rainfall over the coming days.
Riding when wet can damage the trails, and lead to costly repairs with prolonged closures. This also impacts the surrounding park, and risks rider safety.
This wet weather closure is a management practice consistent with most mountain bike trail networks and aims to protect the trails and riders.
We will continue to monitor the trails and reopen them when conditions improve. Please check nswparks.info/illawarra-mtn-bike or Trailforks before visiting, and follow park signs.
