NPWS is conducting wild dog and fox trapping within Khappinghat National Park. This is part of a cooperative program with Forestry Corporation and Local Land Services to address wild dog attacks on stock within private property between Pampoolah and Old Bar.

Closed areas: Walking track closures due to bushfire damage

Five Islands, Duck Holes, and Moor Creek walking tracks remain closed until dangerous tree works are complete, a pedestrian bridge is reinstalled (Five Islands) and tree risk assessment is completed.

Many infrastructure items, including signs and creek crossings, are yet to be reinstalled.
