All other campgrounds and walking tracks in Limeburners Creek National Park, Hat Head National Park and Lake Innes Nature Reserve will remain open.

Grey Gum Ridge Road is closed between TV Road and Mudfords Road. It is impassable due to a landslip.

You can still access Bird Tree picnic area from the Pacific Highway via Haydons Road.

Kylies Beach 4WD access remains closed until safe to reopen.

Significant erosion occurred in the March floods. Options to reinstate beach access are being investigated.

Other planned events: Sea Acres Rainforest boardwalk partially closed weekdays

Sea Acres Rainforest boardwalk is partially closed from Tuesday 4 May 2021 for maintenance works. During partial closures, the boardwalk access fee is reduced to half price.

Most of the boardwalk remains open, allowing out and back access. 

The boardwalk will be re-opened completely on weekends, public holidays and school holidays and returned to full price.

This work will be ongoing through to 2022 and its duration is weather-dependent. The closure will be reviewed on Friday 17 December 2021.

The Rainforest Centre and Rainforest Cafe remain open 7 days.

Coastal walking track is closed between south Miners Beach and the southern park boundary at Little Bay from Mondays to Fridays until further notice. The track will remain open on weekends.

Closed areas: Walking track closures due to bushfire damage

Five Islands, Duck Holes, and Moor Creek walking tracks remain closed until dangerous tree works are complete, a pedestrian bridge is reinstalled (Five Islands) and tree risk assessment is completed.

Many infrastructure items, including signs and creek crossings, are yet to be reinstalled.
