Closed areas: Rocky Crossing walk and the Corker trail closed due to severe weather event

The following areas remain closed:

  • Rocky Crossing walk
  • The Corker trail
  • Lagoon Pinch picnic area
  • Williams Top picnic area

Trails will be inspected and reopened when possible. Access to these areas has been affected by closures in Chichester State Forest.

Closed parks: Copeland Tops State Conservation Area temporarily closed due to flood impacts

Copeland Tops State Conservation Area is closed from Tuesday 20th May 2025 until further notice due to flood impacts. Penalties apply for non-compliance.

This closure will be reassessed daily and the reserve will reopen when conditions are safe.

Remember, it’s never safe to drive, ride or walk through flood waters. Roads into and throughout the park may also be closed. Check Live Traffic NSW for up-to-date information or contact the local park office on 02 6538 5300.

For assistance during severe weather visit the NSW SES website. In life-threatening situations call emergency services on Triple Zero (000).
