Other planned events: Temporary access disruption to Maloneys Beach for landscape and revegetation
National Parks and Wildlife Service is carrying out landscaping and revegetation works at Maloneys Beach during June 2026. Some minor disruption to the car park and sections of the Murramarang South Coast Walk may occur during this time.
Work is being delivered in stages, with the garden beds to be established in this stage and further plantings of native species later in the year when conditions are more suitable for plant establishment. Some additional rock and bollards will also be installed to define the area in line with the precinct plan and REF (2021). For further details, visit the Maloneys Beach visitor precinct webpage.
Pedestrian access to the beach and Murramarang South Coast Walk will remain open.
