Safety alerts: Murramarang South Coast Walk Hazard warning
Walking tracks in Murramarang have been heavily affected by recent storm and sea conditions.
Beach access points and rock crossings have been heavily impacted and can be difficult to negotiate with some steep, slippery and unstable sections.
When accessing beaches and walking across rocky sections of the walk, please be mindful of conditions, loose rocks and dangerous crossings.
The following tracks are affected:
- Acheron Ledge walking track
- Dark Beach walking track
- Durras Mountain Loop trail
- Myrtle Beach walking track
- Burrawang walking track
- Point Upright lookout
- Richmond Beach
- Snake Bay
- Honeysuckle Beach walking track
- Maloneys Beach to South Durras walking track
- Murramarang South Coast Walk
- Oaky Beach walking track
- Pretty Beach to Pebbly Beach walking track
- Wasp Head walk
