Essential road maintenance is currently being undertaken to Brummies Road, Condowie Road and North Wollumbin Road. Works will be undertaken between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. The works are expected to be completed by 31 December 2025. Heavy plant and machinery will be operating in the area. During these works access maybe temporarily restricted. Bushwalkers and cyclists are advised to follow the directions of roadwork signs and contractor staff.
These roads were badly damaged during the Flood 2022 event. Works being undertaken include the re-surfacing of trails, re-instatement of drainage, and the replacement of damaged bridges.

Closed areas: Nightcap Range Road closed for maintenance roadworks
Nightcap Range Road will be closed from Telephone Road trailer parking area to Rummery Park campground from 8am Monday 8 December 2025 until 5pm Friday 12 December 2025. Access to Rummery campground is via Minyon Drive only.

Roadworks will be underway on Nightcap Range Road and Minyon Drive Monday 8 December until Friday 19 December 2025. The road may be uneven and slippery during this time. Drive safely and follow the directions of roadwork signs, traffic control and NPWS staff.

Nightcap Range Road is closed to traffic in both directions due to a major landslip associated with the 2022 flood event. The closure affects the section of Nightcap Range Road between Rummery Road intersection and Telephone Road trailer parking area.
Access to Minyon Falls and Rummery Park is via Minyon Falls Road only.

Wollumbin (Mount Warning) summit track and the summit are closed until further notice. Parking at Korrumbyn Creek and Breakfast Creek is limited.
Korrumbyn Creek picnic area, Lyrebird walking track, and visitor facilities at Breakfast Creek remain open.
