Closed areas: Temporary Closure Cutters Campground, Cadel and Mebbin Forest Roads for maintenance

Some parts of this park are closed from Monday 29 July to Wednesday 31 July 2024 while Cadel and Mebbin Forest Road are undergoing vegetation maintenance for road safety and vegetation removal adjacent to the campground is conducted. The temporary closure areas are:

• Mebbin Forest Road (9am - 3pm)
• Cadel Road (9am - 3pm) 
• Cutters Campground Bookings (29-31/07/2024)

Signs will be in place around closed roads.

Closed areas: Byrrill Creek walking track closed

Byrrill Creek walking track is closed due to landslips and erosion following severe rainfall. 

An alternative walking track is now available. Visitors can access this 3km return track from behind the camp kitchen in Cutters Camp campground.
