Closed areas: Bald Rock National Park partial closure

The following areas are closed from 6am, Monday 1 August 2022 until 5pm, Friday 2 September 2022 to allow for roadworks along the existing fire trails:

  • Bald Rock Trig lookout
  • Border walk
  • Carrolls Creek walk
  • Little Bald Rock walking track

Closed areas: Bungoona walking track closed

Bungoona walking track, which gradually climbs around the side of Bald Rock to the summit, will be closed from 8am Monday 15 August until 5pm Friday 26 August. This closure is to support maintenance and reconstruction works on the track.

The Rockface walk to the summit will remain open during this time, but is a hard walk directly up the face of Bald Rock.
