Only fit canyoners should tackle Jugglers Canyon, near Medlow Bath and Grand Canyon. It’s a short route but to complete it you’ll need to do wading, scrambles and 4 abseils, including a 20m abseil from a rock overhang.
North Bowens Creek Canyon, near Mount Wilson in Blue Mountains National Park, should only be attempted with a guide. With down-climbs, swims and abseils, it’s for fit and experienced canyoners only.
Only fit, experienced canyoners should try Serendipity Canyon, near Mount Wilson in Blue Mountains National Park. With abseils and short swims, it’s a technical canyon that should be done with a guide.
Twister and Rocky Creek canyons are in Wollemi National Park near Newnes. Fit, experienced canyoners can do these 2 canyons separately or combine them for a bigger challenge. Guides recommended.
