The following campgrounds are closed until further notice due to widespread flooding.

Many roads in these areas are closed and impassable due to changes in river height. All campgrounds will re-open as soon as they are safe.

The Berry Jerry precinct of Murrumbidgee Valley National Park is closed due to flooding until Tuesday 30 August 2022. This closure may be extended if high water levels and/or ongoing wet weather continue.

Closed areas: Limited access to Swifts Creek Campground

There is limited access to Swifts Creek Campground via the Cobb Highway due to water being over the road or wet conditions. Access is only available via Porters Creek Road or the River Road, near Picnic Point, Mathoura. Access to River Road is via Picnic Point Road.
