Closed areas: Campground closure due to flooding

Darling River campground and Many Big Rocks picnic area are closed until Monday 30th September 2022 due to flooding.

This closure may be extended due to the height of the Darling River and predicted rain fall. Please check the Bourke Shire Council website for road closures.

Some roads in Pilliga West State Conservation Area and Pilliga West National Park are closed due to subsidence damage. Take care when driving in the area. Please obey all closure notices.
