Overview
Rockpool Ramble track is in Boonoo Boonoo National Park, near Boonoo Boonoo Falls picnic area. Use this short side track to see the falls and enjoy cool rockpools at the bottom.
Rockpool Ramble track is a short 180m loop from Boonoo Boonoo Falls picnic area. It’s a great way to visit the beautiful cascades that give this park its name. After viewing the falls from Boonoo Boonoo Falls lookout, take a detour down to the rockpools to dip your toes in the cool water.
Be sure to keep an eye on children around the falls. You’ll need to scramble over rocks to reach the pools. Water levels can change without warning and rocks may be slippery.
Always check for underwater hazards before swimming. Don’t dive or jump from high rocks into the water.
