- Easy. Suitable for adults and children aged 6 to 12 years. All activities take place on flat terrain. Some activities involve walking short distances and squatting or reaching to pick up objects.

Enjoy hands-on activities that will help you understand the important role park rangers play in national parks.
Learn new skills and get up close with some of nature's smallest and busiest creatures. We’ll observe native wildlife through the lens of a binocular and learn how to use a compass to read maps and navigate.
This fun tour will allow you to spend time in nature as you grow in in your appreciation of this diverse environment.
Don't forget to bring a hat, drinking water, raincoat and sunscreen.

Royal National Park is open 7am to 8.30pm but may have to close at times due to poor weather or fire danger.

Park entry fees:
$12 per vehicle per day. Payment options include Audley Visitor Centre, vehicle entry stations, pay machines and the Park’nPay app.
Vehicles over 8 seats: $4.40 per adult, $2.20 per child (per day). Students on educational programs: $1.10 per student. Teachers/educational supervisors: free (1 adult per 10 students).
