From the seaside in Sydney to the wilderness of the Blue Mountains, Lorraine Brownlee has always been surrounded by, and passionate about plants, flowers, and birds. A life-long interest in art and design paired with her love of the natural world led to Lorraine perfecting her distinctive drawing style.

Her artworks are bright and engaging, expertly mixing together both hand-drawn and digital components. Utilising Giclée printing, Lorraine creates high quality prints of her works, which have been featured on a wide range of greeting cards, tea towels, and an array of kitchen and dining products. A selection of these products is available at the Heritage Centre alongside the gallery space.

We invite you to explore the natural world as Lorraine sees it, as she shines a light on the brilliance of the birds, plants and flowers that make up our unique and remarkable landscape.
