Closed areas: Arrawarra Gully Bridge - Temporary Works Closure
Walking track north of Ellem Close, Arrawarra and west of Arrawarra Beach is currently closed due to a temporary Arrawarra Gully Bridge safety upgrade. Works were anticipated to be completed by mid-March 2025 however, delays have occurred due to extreme weather events. Please use alternate access to beach. Track will be re-opened once works are completed.

The following areas are closed until Friday 21 March due to damage caused by ex-tropical cyclone Alfred:
- End Peak walking track, Ulidarra National Park
- Peak Base walking track, Ulidarra National Park
- Uidarra walking track, Ulidarra National Park
- Summit to Sea track, Yarriabini National Park
- Visitor precinct - Woolgoolga Creek, Sherwood Nature Reserve
- Woolgoolga Creek picnic area, Sherwood Nature Reserve
- Falls Walking track, Sherwood Nature Reserve

For safety, many national parks and reserves from the QLD/NSW border to the Hastings River at Port Macquarie are closed until Friday 21 March due to damage caused by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Areas will be opened once inspections, and any necessary works, are completed. Public access roads through parks will not be affected by park closures.

Closed areas: Moonee Creek south bridge (Caravan park to Green Bluff access) closed
Moonee Creek (Sugar Mill Creek) Bridge is closed until further notice, due to damage from coastal erosion.

The bridge crossing provides access:
- To Reflections Holiday Park
- From Moonee south to Coffs Coast Regional Park, Green Bluff and Sapphire North.
Reflections Holiday Parks have closed the bridge until further notice, due to an engineering assessment deeming the bridge unsafe for pedestrians.
If you are planning to do the Solitary Islands coastal walk please reroute:
- West along Moonee Beach Road to the south-west corner of the shopping centre
- South along new concrete path on eastern side of Pacific Highway
- South onto southern end of North Solitary Drive
- East onto North Sapphire Road to the beach access at Beachstone Cafe
Green Bluff is alternatively accessible from the south via Rutile trail, off Ivory Circuit in North Sapphire.
