If you like gardening and weeding with a purpose, this volunteer activity is for you. Over the last 20 years, Braeside bushcare volunteers have made a real and positive impact on Braeside Upland Swamp in Blue Mountains National Park, near Blackheath.

When: 4th Sunday of the month (except December) and 3rd Friday of the month year round, 9am–1pm

Great Grose weed walk

Beautiful Grose Valley in Blue Mountains National Park is under threat from noxious weeds. If you're a natural gardener and want to help stop invading weeds, volunteer for one of the Great Grose weeding activities.

When: Spring and Autumn each year, with half, full-day and a multi-day options available.

Prince Henry Cliff walk bushcare

Volunteer with the Prince Henry Cliff Walk bushcare group to help restore native threatened-species habitat in the world-renowned Blue Mountains National Park. Meet like-minded people, learn about special plants and animals, take in magnificent views and enjoy morning tea with the group.

When: 1st Sunday and 1st Wednesday each month, 9.30am–12.30pm.
