Dalnan means calm or peaceful in the language of the local Aboriginal people. Set up at one of several picnic tables before visiting Minjungbal Aboriginal Cultural Centre just a stone's throw away.

If you feel like stretching your legs after a tasty barbecue feast, try Walk on Water walking track. It's a great way to explore still more fascinating Aboriginal cultural heritage in a beautiful bushland setting.
