Looking for a way to recharge, reset and reconnect? Join a certified Forest Therapy Guide from Nature Being Australia on a guided walk through Royal National Park. Escape the noise of the city and step into the stillness of nature for a relaxing forest bathing experience.

Forest bathing is a calming, accessible introduction to a well-being practice grounded in nature. No special fitness level is required—this is not a hike, but a slow and mindful two-hour walk guided by a certified Forest Therapy practitioner.

You’ll be gently invited to slow down, relax, and open your senses to the quiet presence of the forest. Along the way, you’ll engage in guided activities and meditative exercises designed to reduce stress, support relaxation, and deepen your connection to the natural world.

This peaceful experience is suitable for individuals aged 12 and older and is ideal for anyone seeking a meaningful pause from the rush of daily life.

Come take a breath. Reconnect with nature—and with yourself.
