Five Mile mountain bike trail is in the Moama precinct of Murray Valley Regional Park. To get there:
- From Moama, head north along Cobb Highway.
- Turn left onto Perricoota Road and continue for approximately 8km
- Turn towards the river on your left to access the mountain bike trail
Parking is available at Five Mile mountain bike trail including several designated disabled spots. It can be a busy place on the weekend, so parking might be limited.

Please note camping is not permitted in the Five Mile area. The closest camping area is Benarca campground.
Dogs are not permitted on the singletrack mountain bike network in Murray Valley Regional Park. Dogs can be brought into other parts of the regional park as long as park restrictions are observed.
Dogs are prohibited throughout Murray Valley National Park.
