Global environments rainforest magic is a guided excursion through Wingham Brush Nature Reserve for Stage 4 (Years 7-8) students focusing on geography as the KLA. You'll be guided through the park, and along the way introduced to the different rainforest ecosystems.
You'll discover what a rainforest is, and determine why they are such special places and how we can conserve them. Activities may include rainforest art, scientific data collection (eg soil types and pH, temperature) and sensory awareness.
Geography: Global Environments. This program is also suitable for Science and Technology.

Wingham Brush Nature Reserve is always open but may have to close at times due to poor weather, flooding, or for the benefit of the flying foxes during breeding.
