We are currently taking bookings for school excursions. Not all excursions are being delivered as per the usual program due to rules outlined by NSW Health. Alternative learning options with NPWS include online digital resources or incursions delivered at your school. Global environments rainforest magic is a guided excursion through Wingham Brush Nature Reserve for Stage 4 (Years 7-8) students focusing on geography as the KLA. You'll be guided through the park, and along the way introduced to the different rainforest ecosystems.

You'll discover what a rainforest is, and determine why they are such special places and how we can conserve them. Activities may include rainforest art, scientific data collection (eg soil types and pH, temperature) and sensory awareness.

Geography: Global Environments. This program is also suitable for Science and Technology.
