Alerts for NSW National Parks

Fires and closures

A progressive re-opening of national parks across the state is occurring as fire conditions ease.

Some parks and reserves will remain closed until further notice due to the impact of recent or active fires still being managed.

If you are planning to visit national parks and reserves it is vital to check for closures and fire bans before heading out as conditions can change quickly. Stay up-to-date with the current fire situation across NSW, using the Rural Fire Service website or the RFS Fires Near Me app.
