This is an excellent place to see whales on their annual migration from May each year. If you're lucky, you'll spot a variety of magnificent creatures. In the colder months, humpback whales journey to warmer waters, but you might also spy seals, shearwaters and even a pod of killer whales at this time.

While you're here, why not take a 1-hour tour of the light station? It's a great way to gain an insight into the fascinating history of the lighthouse. You'll hear all about the people who lived and worked at this isolated location.
