School excursions in NSW national parks
We are currently taking bookings for school excursions. Not all excursions are being delivered as per the usual program due to rules outlined by NSW Health. Alternative learning options with NPWS include online digital resources or incursions delivered at your school. Please contact your National Parks education contact or the relevant local park office for more information.
Join us on a WildTracker science and technology excursion for Stage 2 (Years 3-4) students in Royal National Park. We'll explore and analyse the natural environment, identify and group species, and discuss the adaptations that help them survive here.

From our base at Audley, we'll learn about the critical relationships between certain plants and animals, and uncover physical evidence leading to deeper enquiry. Our NPWS guide will help students locate amazing wildlife and explain national parks' ongoing role in protecting their ecosystem.
