NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service invites experienced retail operators to express their interest to lease and operate a cross-country ski equipment shop. This specialist retail space is part of the NPWS Perisher office and visitor facilities building in Perisher Valley, Kosciuszko National Park.
The proposed lease term is for up to 10 years. There's an initial 5-year term, with an option to extend for another 5 years.
Perisher is the largest ski resort in the Southern Hemisphere and features an extensive network of groomed cross country ski trails in and around Perisher Valley. This is an opportunity for an experienced retail operator to establish and grow a specialist retail business.

Kurnell Visitor Centre Cafe

NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service invites expressions of interest to establish, operate and lease a cafe at the soon-to-be-completed Kurnell Visitor Centre, located in Kamay Botany Bay National Park.
The new Kurnell Visitor Centre is designed to showcase the beautiful views of the surrounding bushland, nearby picnic areas and Botany Bay. It aims to be a key destination for park visitors. A dedicated space for a commercial cafe – with indoor and outdoor dining – has been included on the well-appointed north-eastern corner of the visitor centre.
Experienced operators are invited to submit proposals to develop a thriving hospitality business that supports and enhances the natural, cultural and heritage values of the national park. Inspections are available by appointment through the NPWS Property Team.
