NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of a number of heritage properties within Hill End Historic Site.
Properties available include the Royal Hotel, General Store, Hosies and a range of tourist holiday accommodation cottages. The mix of hospitality, retail and accommodation properties offers a unique opportunity to deliver integrated visitor services within the village.
This opportunity invites experienced operators to deliver heritage-appropriate, complementary uses that support visitors and contribute to the ongoing functioning of the village, in a manner consistent with the historic character of Hill End.

NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service invites expressions of interest to establish, operate and lease a cafe at the soon-to-be-completed Kurnell Visitor Centre, located in Kamay Botany Bay National Park.
The new Kurnell Visitor Centre is designed to showcase the beautiful views of the surrounding bushland, nearby picnic areas and Botany Bay. It aims to be a key destination for park visitors. A dedicated space for a commercial cafe – with indoor and outdoor dining – has been included on the well-appointed north-eastern corner of the visitor centre.
Experienced operators are invited to submit proposals to develop a thriving hospitality business that supports and enhances the natural, cultural and heritage values of the national park. Inspections are available by appointment through the NPWS Property Team.
