Kurnell Visitor Centre Cafe

Summary:
NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service invites expressions of interest to establish, operate and lease a cafe at the soon-to-be-completed Kurnell Visitor Centre, located in Kamay Botany Bay National Park.
The new Kurnell Visitor Centre is designed to showcase the beautiful views of the surrounding bushland, nearby picnic areas and Botany Bay. It aims to be a key destination for park visitors. A dedicated space for a commercial cafe – with indoor and outdoor dining – has been included on the well-appointed north-eastern corner of the visitor centre.
Experienced operators are invited to submit proposals to develop a thriving hospitality business that supports and enhances the natural, cultural and heritage values of the national park. Inspections are available by appointment through the Contact Officer on the EOI documentation.
