The Budderoo National Park gates close at 5pm every day.

The Lyrebird Cafe is located within the Minnamurra Rainforest Centre, making it the perfect place to relax and reflect on the beauty of the park.

Take a seat outside, and don’t worry if the weather’s less than perfect – the tables are sheltered and tucked away amid the beautiful rainforest.

The Lyrebird Cafe offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious snacks and light meals. Or just sit back and sip a coffee among the trees for the ultimate Minnamurra experience.

Saving our Species conservation program

Saving our Species is a innovative conservation program in NSW. It aims to halt and reverse the growing numbers of Australian animals and plants facing extinction. This program aims to secure as many threatened species that can be secured in the wild as possible, for the next 100 years.

Park info

  • in Budderoo National Park in the South Coast and Country NSW regions
  • Budderoo National Park is always open but may have to close at times due to poor weather or fire danger. The park gates at Minnamurra Rainforest Centre open at 9am and close at 5pm every day.

  • Park entry fees:

    $12 per vehicle per day (Minnamurra Rainforest area only). Bus or taxi: $4.40 per adult and $2.20 per child.
