Whether you are an angler, an avid birdwatcher, or just want to sit by the river, Kemendok National Park has something to offer. There is a myriad of plant and animal life, and the towering river red gum forests provide welcome shade to people visiting the former Mallee Cliff State Forest. The trees also help stabilise river banks, and create the perfect backdrop to relax by the river.
