Your day begins at the Snowy Region Visitor Centre in Jindabyne. You’ll get up close and personal with the resident southern corroboree frogs, one of Australia’s most endangered alpine species. You can also watch a short film introducing the landscapes, stories and spirit of the Snowy Mountains.

From here, a knowledgeable Discovery ranger will board your coach for a 3‑hour guided journey through spectacular scenery to Charlotte Pass. Along the way, your ranger will share stories about the park’s natural history, wildlife and how we care for this special place.

At Charlotte Pass, enjoy a gentle, all‑abilities walk through the stunning sub‑alpine landscapes of the Main Range. Learn about the remarkable snow gums and encounter the ‘sea of silver’ – a striking visual created by a pocket of dead trees. You’ll experience breathtaking views of the high plains, clear streams and Main Range peaks. Then you can join a creative activity that brings out the beautiful colours and textures of these iconic trees.

This tour offers the perfect balance of comfort, learning and gentle exploration. Bookings are available on request exclusively for coach groups.
