This 3-hour tour provides a peaceful avenue to connect with nature, guided by the mindfulness experts at Tagster. Your journey starts with an educational bushwalk along Rileys Mountain track in the Mulgoa region of the Blue Mountains.
You’ll learn about the ancient landscapes of the park and local Blue Mountains critters. Keep any eye out for the squawking yellow-tailed black cockatoos and one of Australia’s largest lizards, the lace monitor.
After you get to know your tour group in a shared gratitude session, you’ll be instructed in some calming breathing techniques. Use these on your 15-minute solo reflection walk to Rileys Mountain lookout. Enjoy light refreshments before a guided mindfulness session as the sun sets over the Nepean River.
Your return walk will flow from twilight into night as you discuss what you’ve experienced and appreciate the nocturnal sights and sounds of the bush.
