You’ll meet your experienced National Parks and Wildlife Service Ranger at Coachwood picnic area before setting off along Coombadjha nature stroll.
This 400m sealed track takes you through beautiful World Heritage Rainforest to a viewing platform on the picturesque Coombadjha creek. From here you can return to the picnic area or continue on with the ranger for 1km along a more adventurous loop.
It’s a good idea to wear enclosed shoes, all weather clothes, a hat and sunscreen. Don’t forget to bring drinking water and snacks.

Washpool National Park is always open but may have to close at times due to poor weather or fire danger.

Park entry fees:
$8 per vehicle per day applies only at attractions in the Glen Innes area. The park uses a self-registration fee collection system. Please bring the correct change and display your receipt.
