Come Back to the Bungles in September to celebrate the opening of the new Warrumbungle National Park Visitor Centre. Enjoy a day of family fun with markets, music, science and entertainment for the kids.

Please note
  • Free buses will be running from Coonabarabran, Dubbo, Gilgandra, Coonamble and Baradine.
  • Parking is limited at Canyon picnic area, so make things easy and book a free bus ride to the celebrations.

  • Be tempted by local wares at the markets.
  • Relax with a picnic and listen to some live music.
  • Explore the park on a guided walk. Do a cultural walk to Tara Cave, or join NSW National Parks guides and scientists to explore the science behind the park's recovery.
  • Join a unique 4WD tag-along tour along Burbie trail and explore the heart of the park.
  • Enjoy an unforgettable bird’s eye view of the Grand High Tops from a helicopter.
