Voted ‘Australia’s best ski resort’ for six years running, Thredbo Resort is Australia’s premier adventure destination.

In winter, go skiing or snowboarding over 280ha of snow terrain. Soak up the incredible atmosphere in the picturesque European-style village, as you explore Australia’s longest ski run.

Warm up at the purpose-built beginner area at Friday Flat. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, take on the notoriously challenging Cannonball or Funnel Web black runs. For something different, join a beginner or advanced backcountry tour designed to suit every age and ability.

There's also a full calendar of events including live entertainment, kid’s festivals, skiing and snowboarding events and terrain parks.

In summer, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy. Explore the leisure centre, or ride the alpine bobsled track. You can also take the Kosciuszko Chairlift and hike to the summit of Australia’s highest peak, Mount Kosciuszko. You'll be rewarded with unparalleled mountain views and stunning natural wonders.

To get even more out of your next hike, join the guided hikes program with experienced local guides. You'll learn about the environment, history and culture of the Snowy Mountains.

If you're an avid mountain biker, head to Thredbo mountain bike trail park. Here, you'll enjoy access to the country’s only lift-accessed gravity trails and multiple cross-country trails like the famous Thredbo Valley track.

Cap off your visit with a ride on Australia’s only alpine Gondola, transporting passengers from the village to the base of the cruiser area, in about 6 mins. In the village, you can relax over a meal at one of the many restaurants and bars.

If you're keen for more, pay a visit to the Thredbo Blues Festival, Taste of the Snowies Festival or the Thredbo Music Series. Visit the Thredbo website for more information.
