Venture to the falls is a school excursion in Dorrigo National Park for Stage 4 (Years 7-8) students focusing on geography as a KLA. Starting at the spectacular Skywalk over the canopy, this activity explores subtropical rainforest on a graded downhill walk to the suspension bridge at Crystal Shower Falls.

There's plenty of time for observation and discussion of how plants and animals have evolved curious and wonderful strategies to maximise their survival. The activity also covers differing uses of the rainforest, reflecting people's attitudes and values past and present.
