  • The nearest fuel stop and shops for supplies are in Oberon.
  • Yerranderie Private Town is only accessible from the Oberon-Colong Historic Stock Route. There is no access from Sydney (Oakdale).
  • There is no mobile reception at Yerranderie Private Town.

Pretend that you’ve stepped back in time with a relaxing stay at The Bank Room, a charming, rustic cottage in Yerranderie Regional Park at the end of 4WD Oberon Colong historic stock route.

This historic accommodation is set in Yerranderie Private Town, a well-preserved 1900s mining township, where many buildings and other interesting relics of the past have been lovingly restored so that visitors truly get a sense of the area’s early settlement history.

The accommodation can sleep up to 3 people and comes with adjacent kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as a verandah where you can relax and have a cup of tea or a glass of wine as you enjoy gazing out at the surrounding bushland and local wildlife.
