Other planned events: 1080 fox baiting program
NPWS will be conducting 1080 baiting program for foxes. The 1080 poison (sodium fluoroacetate) will be buried baits and laid in various locations across Conjola National Park, Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve, Meroo National Park, Murramarang National Park and Clyde River National Park in a continuous and ongoing manner from 1 May 2017 to 30 June 2017. We advise not to touch the baits. Please be aware that domestic pets could be affected as the 1080 poison is lethal to dogs and cats. Pet owners must ensure their pets do not enter baited reserves.
